Looks like a laugh, but I'm always suspicious of a game I've never heard of

I've just completed the story stuff in GTA SA to looking for another mindless shoot'em up

Mercenaries - Was just looking at this at lunchtime, it's top of the charts and got a 9/10 review from one magazine. Haven't read a review myself yet so would also like to know if it's any good.

I have this game. Its the dogs.

GTA3 but with Tanks and Artillery support. This is well well worth a buy. Best game I have played since GTA3.

Plus it's not Mindless, the TV add doesn't do the game justice.

Been in the UK number 1 spot for a couple of weeks (very had to do), and most reviewers rave about it.

Easy to control (similar style to GTA / tomb raider) on console, not sure how well it would carry to a PC without a joypad.

I like the ad - the honest of it is quite refreshing!
