My God that is insane!
Reminds me of a race I had on GT3 against my mate round Rome circuit in the top cars (Toyota GT1 vs 787B I think), it was absolutley exhausting as we were both on the limit non-stop for 5 minutes with little chance of a break.
Wouldn't want to race slow cars round there though - can you imagine the tedium of racing a eurobox round that track - pretty much every corner would be flat out.
Wind noise is a cool feature, wonder if it's different in different cars?

a mate managed to do it in 3mins in a Modified mini on Project Gotham Racing 2 a bit back, but you are right. After that TG episode with Clarkson running the 'ring & games glorifying it massively not only will the place become very crowded but there will be many more people fully incapable of driving it at all!

How?
You can't modify cars in PGR2!

It was probably the modern much shorter Grand Prix circuit that the F1 cars do in just over the minute, in which case he was very slow.
PS That video is about 30seconds faster than the ultimate real life best fron Stefan Bellof, although Stefan was a hero I think even he wouldn't have taken the chances on that video. Also I think there's more slow speed grip on that video as it does the first Hatzenbach section very quickly.

The wind noise is really life like but the engine sounds just like a previous engine in GT3 (can't remember which) . Gear box fine, wind noise fine, tyre noise okay, engine noise is lacking. Clearly an experienced driver! I'm surprised at times how he rode the curbs on some of the faster corners but then again it's just a video game. Looks like a great game! What other racing tracks are there? Monaco or Spa?
I wonder if GT4 has bug splatter?!
