Horrified to discover that my strip club spendings in GTA:SA were $0.00! Where is the strip club? Need to spend some of my hard earned money.

And the Pig pen which I can't find (apparently north of Grove St, but may not have opened up yet)
It's North East of Grove st in the Latino gang area. It has a large car park out front
