GTA Vice City...

I know I'm behind the times, but SA isn't out on the XBox yet and I haven't got myself a PS2 yet so I'm playing Vice City.

Anyone know any quick ways of making money, I've just spent that last hour, and armed with a baseball bat, got myself $5000. But it could take me a very long time to build up the $200000 I'm after.

Any tips on making money, In GTA and GTA 2 you could take cars to a crusher for money, in GTA 3 there was the Export place at the docks who paid for cars on the list, but I can't for the life of me find anything like that in Vice City!!!

How the hell do you get Lance Vance out of the City Scrap without him being killed?!?!

I've been in with trucks, buses and even the bloody tank and every time I've killed diazs men they kill him. Soooo bloody frustrating.

Someone on Phds recommended going into 'On Track' betting. Place all your money on the worst odds horse until you win. I did this a few times and now have somewhere in the region $1bn

For money, buy properties, its hard to get the first one, but then you find money outside everyday...

Does this betting shop exist in Vice City?

I need armour to get lance vance out, I can do that.

I take it that places like Sunshine Autos and the Film Studios are the places that give money, I'm still buying up the save game places like Shack on the roof, I have El Swanko Casa, now working toward Hyman Condo.

Sorry. My error I speed read and thought you meant the new game

Right.... for Vice City, go into the police station change into the cops uniform. Then go to the army base near the airport. Just walk straight in (the soldiers wont shoot you in uniform) and make your way to the military helicopter. When in the air select the vigilante missions. The first few kills you earn a few hundred dollars but it then starts to double up until you are earning $00000s of dollars per kill.
