I juct bought Manhunt from Ebay at a knockdown price (plug!) and have to say that it is one of the best games I've ever played; It's challenging, visually very nice, smooth and great fun to play when you've had a bad day.

As for that a**hole that got the game banned, he deserves to be locked up. But you can't blame his behaviour on the game. He obviously had a very serious screw loose before.

What does everyone else think?

It was the victim, not the perpetrator, who had a copy of the game, but the tabloids thought that wasn't interesting enough to become part of the story.

What trooper1212 said. It was the victim of the murder, not the guy who did it that had played the game. But that doesn't make sexy tabloid reading.

And it hasn't been banned, at least not in this country.

No it should not, it's disgusting that the ultra PC world in which we live is strong enough that high street stores will pull a game off the shelves for fear of possible legal action.

People don't take responsibility for their own actions, it's easier to blame a violent film of computer game, its really, really irritating and frustrating....sigh

Ban it. Its horrible and nasty and think of the children...

Im pleased we had no tv, video, computer games in the good old days....
like 1918....or 1939.. - what that I hear - so millions were murdered and killed in the WW1 and then ww2 - and there was not tv video and computer games.. argument doesn work there then...

or how about 1066 to 1400 nobody would have been watching nasty tv games or films so no one would have been hacked to death then.... what the Normans butchered the Saxons and Welsh and Scotland.....

how about Roman time, definalty no tv, cinema or computer games then, Crusifixion, gladiators...hacked to death. Roman empire..... strange that the arguement doenst work...

I blame the tv. I blame this I blame that...

Blame anything but the person doing it.
Its not my fault, its not my little Johhnys faults....

Nanny State. Im sick of it.
