Looks like Amazon et al were wrong to bring the date forward.

Dec 14th at the earliest

There were rumours of a October release.

Amazon 29th Oct
Play 5th Nov
Gameplay 17th Dec

Makes me wonder if it will be out for Xmas.....

latest news is they are aiming for 14th dec as europe and N America - they aren't sleeping, doubtless thinking of the xmas revenue...

Just found a non-complete car list on this site, it is only 4 days old and this is a pretty reliable website - list is looking good already - hopefully sounding good too as its all in dolby pro logic surround now as well!

That car list seems much better than the GT3 car list - I never could work out why the slow cars such as the BMW 316 or the Laguna 3.0 were in the game, why would anyone buy them?

Unfortunatly it look slike we're going to have to play the 'guess what variant of this car will tune to the most power' game, from that incomplete list I've counted 9 NSXs, and there's no way I'm going to count the Sylines (even the hardtop ones!?).

A few notable entries:

The Autobianch(i) A112 - never heard of it before so I looked it up, it's a rebodied Fiat 500 with a whopping 48HP, stick a stage 3 turbo on that and wait 3 years to reach the red line at the start line, what fun.

Amuse S2000

McLaren F1 - should be good, didn't know this was going to be in the game

Lotus Carlton - should keep the townies happy.

Peugeot 205 T16 - Group B baby!

Renault 5 Maxi Turbo - Group B baby!

Renault Lutecia - only a Clio though

Suzuki Cappuccino (1991), Suzuki Cappuccino (1995) - Why??

Volvo 240 GLT Estate - what is this? Gran Antique movers?

Has anyone else seen the BMW disc?

Its got Nurburgring on it.

It astounded me when I saw the chalk drawings on the tarmac.

Losing online and constant delays are annoyances but it will be worth it.

I honestly cant wait.

Hmmm, I am thinking PStwo + GT4 + Wheel could be a Xmas hit.

I know it's on my wish list!

Have you played the N'ring on Project Gotham or Grand Prix Legends?

I absolutly love the track. A great test of skill and concentration to do a 6min lap without one mistake. Great stuff

I've not heard that the game will support that feature....

It's not a full list, there are 650 cars in the full game (I imagine half of them are Skyline variants though).

You can have alot of fun kitting up crappy cars..... GT2, everyone must have kitted up the fiat to a whopping 22hp... that was full spec......

Yet another Prequel?

No, the BMW disc is basically a demo of the 1-Series. But. . . . it uses the latest public code from GT4 and is far better than Prologue.

Pop down your local BMW dealer, they should all have stock and they are free !!

(unless of course you like ebay, in which case they are selling for around the £30 mark lol)

I know its an early version but...

The grass looks naffer than on GT3

And I know Nordschleife is a narrow track but the scale feel of the 'in' car view makes it feel like you must be sitting on top of the car rather than in it - just seems too narrow a track and too tall a car - when you brake, the car pitches forward so much it just reinforces the idea that the view angle is not in-car but on-car

Anyone else noticed this?

Will still be buying GT4, of course!

Buggerybags, thats a new Dolby Digital Optical In Amp, and Surround Sound system I need to buy then, along with the steering wheel that I'll enevitably need.

Poobags, the missus is gonna kill me...

Hmm, surround sound Vanquish V12/DB9, etc

Talking of Ford RS 200, we have just taken delivery of 2 varients of RS200 car models, very detailed (the twin suspension even has springs!), they should be on our (Euromodels) website any day, as I took the pics of them yesterday
