With autumn nights, a birthday and Christmas coming, I need some recommendations for war games. I have played both of the Medal of Honor games and loved them, even if some of the graphics were a bit odd. I have tried Conflict: Desert Storm II but couldn't get on with that one.

Spotted a poster today for a new Vietnam game; are any of these recommended?

Not a Vietnam game, but I can thoroughly recommend Call of Duty which I've played exclusively for nearly a year - better than Mohaa. It doesn't however, have a decent Omaha map

BF Vietnam is a good laugh online.
But if you want a really good war game, 'Joint Operations : Typhoon Rising' is the dogs. Quite hard to start with, but once you get the hang of it and keep your head down it gets pretty intense.
<<< Joint Ops is online only though >>>

Yup, Joint ops is fantastic and when you manage to find a couple of like minded people and work as a team its great fun. Flying the chinooks or driving a buggy out of the back of one whilst it hovers above the ground it fantastic

Or lying in the grass with a big gun & some kind soul lands a helicopter right in front of you and proceeds to empty men right into your gunsights
