Best current 360 FPS?
Discussion
Been out of it for a little while but as the title suggests really.
Used to LOVE Ghost Recon 2 on the original Xbox. I thought just the right blend of sneaky sniper-type action combined with some mad run and gun moments when required.
Used to play Black Ops a hell of a lot (like, 6 hours every evening lots) but it pissed me off so much (trash talking yanks, spawn-killing, lag issues etc etc) that I just put the controller down a few months ago & haven't picked it up since.
So what is the number one FPS I must have at the moment?

Halo Reach. Soon to be topped by Halo 4 however.
VERY steep learning curve. But, if you stick to it, it's such a rewarding game. Where as CoD and some of Battlefield games all follow the same route, Halo is so different. Yes there are power weapons, but it is so brilliantly balanced when you know the strengths/weaknesses of each weapon.

Doesn't exactly fit the realistic requirement.VERY steep learning curve. But, if you stick to it, it's such a rewarding game. Black Ops 2 is out soon. I don't think Call of Duty is realistic online, but can be very fun.
Medal of Honour as already mentioned is realistic and Battlefield 3 is a very good game. If you want to run and gun, you can, if you want to hide and snipe, you can and if you want to just help the team and do objectives, you can.
If you fancy some brilliant campaign mode gaming, then have a go at the Gears of War trilogy. It's a third person shooter, over the shoulder type. The story mode on all three of the games is very, very good and they all answer questions from the previous ones. The latest is also a good online game.

Aye, Superbly balanced multiplayer, and good single player and co-op stuff.VERY steep learning curve. But, if you stick to it, it's such a rewarding game. But as said not realistic.
I would also say Halo 4 is one to consider!! Many people say ot isn't their cup of tea but soon get converted.
But sticking with the realistic theme, battlefield 3 would be a safe bet. Also Ghost Recon Future Soldier is pretty online, really have to think about it rather than just running around, and the single player is possibly one of the best I've ever played!!
