I couldn't find it sorry. If you log into help.ea.com you can request an email back from the support people but it doesn't list the address anywhere.

Good luck, I'd hate to need EA support again, they are truly rubbish.

That link is greyed out for me, hence needing the address. I cannot get anything from their site at all...

I just googled "ea support email address", the help centre was the 2nd link. It worked for me 5 mins ago.

You have to search for your problem first and make sure the answer is not in their FAQ's though (which it never is).

https://help.ea.com/

does that link work?

I always get through to that link, but when you get the bottom of the page with all the links, they are all greyed out...

LOL, no worries. You have to put the issue you're having in the search box that's in your pic. then select category I think. It will give you the FAQ's like I was saying, at this point the links at the bottom will light up and you can choose the email link. Sorry, my explanation earlier must've been pretty crap.

It hasn't been working for days, I have been going through selecting all the sub categories. Suddenly, now it works.

Ta for the help, not that I changed anything I was doing smile

Your very welcome. Now you've reached the really frustrating stage though.
Look forward to getting a generic reply to your email which has nothing to do with the question you asked them. mad

All I want to do is log into Battlelog so I can join the PH group and start playing with them properly. I have't been able to for ages now so thought I would get it sorted.
