Handily, my new flat mate comes complete with his own PS2, which means I can now indulge in two of my greatest passions - driving and rugby - from the comfort of my own sofa

So, being completely clueless in the ways of game consoles, I thought I'd turn to the PH collective to advise on the best games of each genre and the best (cheapest!) places to buy...

GT3 - still the definitive one for me

Grand Theft Auto 3 and GTA Vice City. Driving, killing, stealing, cool 80's soundtrack... hours of fun.

Burnout series is quite good for arcade racing.

play.com is good - usually next day delivery and good prices.

you have to get a copy of 'midways greatest hits',its got paperboy,720,roadblasters,spy hunter,root beer tapper,defender,joust and more.....totaly retro

definatly get gt3 and the gta 3/vice city double pack,these games are brilliant.
