Well i nipped out to BLockbuster and spenty the 3 quid to review the game over a couple of nights.
And i must say i dont think its as bad as its made out..
on the ps2 the graphics are more realistic that vice city, the driving experience is about the same although gravity seems to have been suspended with the trucks...
It is very linear compaired to GTA but the other options keep you entertained. the first thing i did was find all the timmy blokes in miami to unlock the armoury... The game did become quite buggy though once id done that with repeated crashes in the armoury game...
in my two days i got as far as the last miami mission and it still had me hooked to continue.
So overall i think i'l buy it, but with the slagging its getting i might wait untill the price drops
I have no doubt San Andres will be much better but driver 3 is a worthy in fill imho.
p.s with the huge wait from vice city to san andress why no mission pack based on vc?
