One for the Skyrim players, or those that are starting to get a bit burnt out playing it...

I hadn't paid much heed to this, but had seen it mentioned in a few places. The reviews seem to be trickling in slowly now and it's looking good, the combat mechanics being one area where it elevates itself above the fairly poor system in Skyrim.

I've ordered my copy and I'm eager to see what it's like, although I've very little idea of what to expect.

Yeah, just playing the demo now, seems like a good blend of Fable, Dark Souls, Skyrim and God of War.

Can't wait for this. Only heard about it recently, but was very impressed by the demo, especially when you get out in the open. Bring on Friday evening after work!

I was watching some of the live streaming that the studio was sponsoring yesterday. It looks good, but I have to say it does have the feel of an MMORPG that they bottled out on and decided to make it single player. Lots of "Go here and grind 10 rats" "Now go back and grind 20 harder rats" kinda thing.

I had heard lots about the combat system. Now maybe it is just because the players were at low levels, but it looked a lot like press/press/press/press dead. 1 key combat. For all that it was supposedly written by a professional author, I'm not sure the quest text was exactly compelling.

The xbox demo is a little buggy especially around the audio and it's annoyingly lacking a save feature which is a little daft. Having said that I've ordered it for the PC and am looking forward to it.

I think it's a cross between an MMPORPG and something like Fable. The combat is satisfying enough but I've not managed to open up an combos yet which is where I do think it'll be fun and a bit more interesting than single button mashing .

I primarily bought it for its size with over 20 hours of game play on a sprint through (ignoring all side quests) it should keep me interested for a long period of time and I'll probably buy the xbox version for the missus if she gets on with the demo ass a replacement to Fable until the new one comes out in the latter part of the year.

7/10 for me on the demo - fun but not amazing
