Forza Motorsport is being hailed as MS's answer to GT for the Xbox..

Apparently 60 manufacturers, including ferrari, porsche, BMW etc etc..

I found a trailer vid here .. ok so I appreciate that some of it looks a bit laxer-ish but it could be good..

Opinions?

Looks good.

They are openly admitting it'll be difficult to make a GT beater first time, as the GT series have had 4 goes at it. But from what i have read its being developed by a bunch of enthusiasts so it should be good in the right areas.

Fewer cars is a good thing, if they all behave differently. The problem with GT was that so many cars were just the same thing.

Looking forward to reading more about it....

I didnt realise it was Live enabled too... its got a lot to live up to though, PGR2 is still a class bit of multiplayer action

Picked it up last night, like I posted, for a short while I was 10th fastest in the world!! (ok, so only 84 people had played!!)

I've now gone and set new pb lap times on most tracks!!

The atom's rather fun as well, really twitchy tho..

Just gave the radical a blast around N'ring when I got in from the pub. Nice. Quicker than the TVR i think.

Should keep me ammused for the weekend.

Definate GT beater...

This game has so much depth it's just ridiculous. Train the AI drivers, play around with the mapping, realistic damage model, dump engines from different cars in. And I'm glad the AI will be good, GT4 definately has its hands full.
