I was just have a look around www.granturismoworld.com and saw a screenshot of a Tuscan on the Italian street course

Anyone have a definitive list of cars in the final game?

www.gtplanet.net/gallery/gt4cars has lots of pics of lots of cars. I don't think that's the final amount though (not enough Skylines!).

Superb. Screenshots show the Cerb speed 6, Speed 12, Tuscan and T350c

Oh, and a lot of Japanese cars!

In the 'making of GT4 DVD' there were three ferrari's, a 360, 355, and 348, so presumeably, they will be in the game too.

I thought there were licensing issues preventing it (and the cars mentioned were owned by Mr.GT who was just enjoying some track time). GT is just _so_ big though, it might have enough pull.
It would be nice, but don't get your hopes up.

The Ferrari issue is still up in the air.

EA have a worldwide exclusive on Ferrari image rights for their NFS series.

However, NFS is outsold many times over by GT so Ferrari could have renegotiated...

The Evo magazine Caterham Fireblade was tested by PD, but it has not yet been confirmed as being in the game.

Fingers crossed

Hope they are gonna do roof down cars this time. A Caterham with the weather gear on just doesn't look right.

Dealt with. There is a convertible car in GT4 prologue and you can see the driver in race suit and helmet. He moves realistically, it's great!

Those pictures are from the new Photo mode.

Which allows you take pictures from replays (or set them up)of your cars in various environments.

They are of a higher resolution than the replays, a few details can be found by following this link

http://gamesradar.msn.co.uk/news/default.asp?pagetypeid=2&articleid=31032&subsectionid=1585

A video from E3 showing the photo mode can be found here (along with a good number of GT4 and GT4P videos, you do need to register to download but it is free (of charge and spam/ads)

I hope photo mode does not deceive in the same way that video mode did with driver3!
Sorry just sceptical now. I know it will be a good game just that i don't want to get my hopes up too much.
FWIW, if it's as good or 5% better than prologue then it will have been worth the wait.

Take a look at the Paris video from the link I posted above, I think you will be more than happy.

The tyre noise is new and a big improvement over GT3.

Played GT3 and Prologue back to back last night and that realy brings home the improvments in the game, particularly in the graphics and handling department.

The Paris video (with the very nice Alpine)looks to have moved it on again from Prologue.
