Bored .... online RPG ?

Okay, so I'm bored and stuck at home .... thinking about trying one of these online RPG type games (Everquest type ??)

What's a good / popular one at the moment, and one that I can download everything I might need from home (coz with my broken back I can't drive / go buy anything from the shops, and I want something NOW ! )

Or any other suggestions of (maybe older ?) games I can download and play ?

www.cityofheroes.com is excellent and I'm happily playing it at the moment.

These things cost a fair bit of money to keep going though, but I assume you already know that.
