GPL Workshop Util (gpl:W)

I'd like to get hold of this to get my GPL set up for the PHer battles but the gpl workshop site gives me a large page of script errors whenever i try to get into the relevant page. Does anyone have a copy of the download file they could send me? or GPLAIM2 which I think does the same thing
