FM4 tuning problem

Good evening, got to level 41 last night on career mode, was thinking how good the tune of my amv12 was and wanted to try selling it on the storefront, when I went to save the setup it said save file corrupt please delete file and start again, just after I started the game I bought a hard drive and transferred all data to my hard drive, is there any other option than restarting the whole game?

DO NOT DELETE YOUR SAVE

only the tune is corrupt it is easy to fix, I'v had it myself, follow these instructions.
