Anyone else playing on the IPhone or Android? Rediculously addictive, You manage Your own race team, research tuning methods and new cars and then compete in everything from local races to worldwide Formula 1.

Yup

It's a typical Kairosoft shovelware game, but the basic premise is good enough that I'm enjoying GP Story as much as I enjoyed Game Dev Story when that came out.

Didn't quite win the Formula one series within the 14 years first time round, so i'm giving it another go.

Yeah I'd have to say I'm enjoying it as much if not more the Game Dev story, on about year 10 at the moment and not got enough tech to build a supercar so not sure if I will be able to win the F1 cup this time round. What sort of things do You carry over?

I'm working on the Duck car now, using Auras to upgrade it and the stats are going crazy. Great fun!

Yeah it is, I searched Story and it came up. Although if You type the company name which is Kairo something it should also come up with it. Was £1.99 on IPhone and £2.49 on Android I think.

Oh auras work on upgrades too? Thought was only on drivers... Nice!

The Auras are fantastic when you upgrade the cars.

Standard upgrade 10 points
Blue Aura 15 points
Purple Aura 20 points
Silver Aura 25 points
Gold Aura 30 points

Also the points carry over on a play through so definatly worth it. Maxed out my Duck car last night with Auras and over 400 speed without any parts fitted. Only a clas C car aswell.

No idea, I've tried everything I can think of with it but no response. Maybe does something in the Japanese version.

You mean the keypad joystick thing? It works on the menus.

If you mean the little 4 way directional arrows, that gives you a mini boost if you have an aura.

There's also a 'simon says' type device which doesn't seem to do anything.
