Clutch - butterfly style springs - Tamora

One leaf on one of the three sets of butterfly style springs that push the clutch plate away from the driven plate and flywheel (when released by the slave) has broken off; the rest of the clutch looks fine.
Has anyone seen these fail in the past and are they or the plates themselves a replaceable item?
Seems a shame (expense) to replace the whole clutch.......

If you removed it and sent it to a clutch refurbishment company, then it could be done that way. I've never heard of parts being sold individually to the public.
