V6 though!!!!

Easy enough to convert a standard GT into a Knight Rider look-a-like if that's your thing. Front end, lights, bonnet, wheels, LEDs and stain stripes - not exactly cheap to do, might be worth looking around for someone who's already done it.

The Shelby front isn't cheap if you were to convert a GT. You could start with the more expensive Shelby GT500 bbut at the end of the day, it's a lot to pay to join the General Lee/A Team Van/ Trans Am Knight rider club.

The answer is to convert a red Corvette C5.

That car looks familiar!

If you did that you wouldn't have a Lightning McQueen it would be
a LightningMcSteve. smile

Nah, the Viper will never be Lightning McQueen - wrong shape altogether. Great graphics though, to be fair.

Just a heads up here, there are at least 9 different variations (year/make/model) of the KITT car... and im not referring to remakes, im talking Hollywood cars used on TV.

My favourite was the one with the "hidden driver" dressed as the huge driver's seat. The cuts and continuity often showed different cars with stock interiors etc.
