I don't know much about drag racing but the owner looks to be having loads of fun as well as turning out very consistant times. I'm enjoying repeat watching, the mussie sounds excellent!!

The 474 lunched itself early in the season weeping

But he re-built it with a stroker crank as a 525ci motor....BIG torque!

....But then....

No idea what the tranny is though.

ETA - after a text message - it's a C6.

Mark, My favourite shape Mustang, although I prefer the fastback. Just shows what torque can do to the running gear when dragging and one of the reasons why I've never got into it, too costly.

Come and sit on the bank?

I've been to just about every decent meet at SPR this season. the "Main Event" and the "Euro Finals" were easily THE best sporting events I've ever attended. thumbup

Great slow motion ! Ian Blackett has done a few for me. Really help you understand how your car launching. This one shows too low a pressure and tire shake. Starts about 45 seconds in.
