Looks like we're off to Orlando in March next year for a wedding, so planning on making it a holiday for the family.

We've got a good deal on a Mustang hire car for the 2 weeks as I want something that will be fun to drive when we go to the wedding (2hrs away) as well as when we're off exploring.

Only question is will the luggage fit in the boot of it?

Probably be taking 2 suitcases for the 4 of us plus a few bags...

I think I answered a similar question to this a while ago. In a coupe you just might get one medium/large'ish case, plus 2/3 medium/large soft bags. (Possibly more if you load it from the inside. Drop the seat backs down, cram it in, then put the seat backs back up.

I went to Euro-Disney in mine and got 4 medium/large soft bags, plus coats and stuff in the boot.

Went to Orlando last year and rented a convertable with 3 people in total. Roof down, load large case into spare rear seat, roof up.

Pack light, and in medium soft bags.

HTH.

Does the 4 people consist of 2 adults and 2 kids? if that is the case and they are pretty small children you should be ok as the rear seats in a mustang have no legroom!

Thanks all, seems like it might be a push to get the family luggage in...

Think I will hire a saloon but something not run of the mill.

Cheers
