What happened to my old Mustang?

I know this is a long shot but I am trying to locate my old Mustang. It's a white Grandee (1972 model) AEK 711T (blue interior) heater never worked! I bought it for £1,200 back in 1980 and I had it for a year. At the time I couldn't afford the petrol (14 miles to the gallon). I loved this car and saw it once in Reddish, Manchester some time after I sold it. The only reason I bought it was through a divorce settlement and should really have bought a house but what the 'eck. Thirty years on I have a house but no Mustang. I would love to have the chance to see it again, hopefully not in a scrapyard ... lol
