Coolant recommendations?

Hello all - a quick question; I am getting the "low coolant" light on the dash of my 2000 GT and given that this has not happened before in the UK, the owners manual giving US coolant recommendations is of limited use! I am awaiting feedback on what my servicing garage uses, but any recommendations for a UK-available coolant which has either worked well with a 1999-2004 GT or more recently with a new model GT would be appreciated!

coolant is coolant use what ever as long as its not cheap 2nd grade stuff. The iron block in the Stang will be fine.
