Just went to see I AM LEGEND staring Will Smith with the GT Shelby hunting down deer in the middle of NYC. Great film poor ending

The main reason I origionally wanted to see it was the Mustang on the movie poster.

They have a red Mustang ... badged as a GT500 Shelby in Sovereign Car Sales in Whitchurch. Looks very nice except its an auto.

I can never understand people who say things like this. Why would you go to see a full length feature just because a certain car's in it for a couple of minutes? Invariably, they'll then complain that it wasn't on screen for long enough. It's hardly central to the plot, unlike, say, Christine.
If you want to look at a car, buy a mag, or, better still, buy the car.

I know what you mean, but if the main character is seen driving a Mustang, I'm much more likely to watch the film

I went to see "herbie goes to monte carlo" when I was 10 because it had a Lancia in it.

bit late replying to this but interesting none the less , i was in New York when they were filming this a couple of years back , got up first thing on a Sunday strolled out the hotel to find half the streets closed off and tanks etc everywhere!!!

from what i could see they had a couple of Shelby GT500's for the filming and an animatronix Alsation in the passenger seat of one of them , yet to see the film myself but quite interested to see the scenes that we witnessed being shot!
