Anyone remember "Heartbreaker"

I believe it was a 71 Mach1 although it could have been a 72,it was featured on the front page of Custom Car all them years back and i remember seeing it in the flesh a few times.
Ive tried looking for pics of it on the net but to no avail,the theme of the murals was centred around a mystical charachter called 'Vampirella'.
