Shelby Mustang GT500 Convertible

A mate of mine, who drives HGV delivery trucks of some description, has just text me saying that he's been delivering in Kent and has just been chatting with a guy who has a Shelby Mustang GT500 Convertible...

He said it was a lovely car, and that the owner tells him it's the only one in the country.

Just wondered if it was anyone on here? If it is, my mate is full of praise for your car!
(Unfortunately my mate didn't have a camera with him, but the owner has promised to email him some pictures)

Is it the same car? (Obviously with different wheels and stripes added)
I Would have liked to have been able to get to Atlantic myself, but unfortunately have to work that day so won't be able to make it...

The guy that owns this car took my inheritance money left by my Granma from me to help pay for this car! Poor chap didnt have enough money to pay for it!

PS dont believe anything the owner says to you.
