Hi guys, been watching the forum for a while and gathering info, Recognise a few names from over on the HSV/Monaro forums where I used to post when I had the HSV.

I have one question regarding the Mustangs and sorry if it has been covered before:

Does anyone know where I can have a look at either a Saleen S281(any varient) or a Roush Mustang(any varient) here in the south east of the UK?? Dont mind a bit of travelling but all the dealers I have found seem to be up in the Midlands.

According to their add in this month's Classic American magazine, Atlantic Sports Cars Ltd (Luton or Edinburgh) are now an authorised Roush agent. They normally have a Saleen or two for sale too.

www.atlanticsportscars.com

Atlanticviper (James at Atlantic) sometimes posts here, so I'm sure he can help.

BTW, spotted a blue (with white stripes) Roush Mustang passing Blackbushe on the A30 yesterday (reg was something like GT 06 MUS). Geeze, that car has some serious road presense lick

Edited to say, it was likely this very one

Might be worth mailing ''Miss Tang'', she owns a superb Roush Mustang. It looks exactly the same as the one in the above picture. She may be able to advise you on where she purchased hers.

Let us know how you get on, Normic.

Also, you've probably seen LuS1fer's posts regarding his 460bhp 'Stang. He went the self modding route with great success, all for less than a Roush or Saleen. Just a thought

LuS1fer, do you think your car will be more stressed than the cast iron block 500? Afterall the skyline was famouly sturdy because it had the iron block.
