This dealer always seems to have some lovely looking Mustangs including, currently a lovely 67 or 68 green fastback for sale at around 16 grand.

Does anyone have any experience of them? Are there cars any good & are they a reputable dealer?

They seem to turn over a lot of 'stangs so odds are someone here has bought from them or viewed their cars lately...

The dealership is just down the road from me, they have loads of ads in Autotrader. I called in for a few minutes when I saw something old, loud, and fast that caught my eye - great place thumbup

I suggest you visit the MOCGB forums and ask the same question - they are a friendly and knowledgeable bunch.

Went to have a look myself last Sat. Cars look very over priced for condition. Loads of paint over bad prep. Overspray on seals - not impressed - wasted a lot of travel time and not one of the guys from the garage were interested in talking us through them. Not going back. My opinion only.

Between this forum and the MOCGB forum it looks like they may be one to steer clear of...

I was going to post about whether their "Boss" Mustangs were genuine as I couldn't find anything on Ford's website. Now I guess I know the answer to that one too...

You might have spotted this thread but it makes interesting reading when they get to the part about the brake failure within days of buying a car from Sales Assistance, the engineer's report about the brakes, and the suggestion that they had been warned by the previous owner that the brakes needed attention:

I must say they don't sound like the sort of people I would want to do business with

These guys usually seem to have some nice cars on their website but I don't know anything about them:

They call themselves Auto100 now (Auto100.co.uk).

Stay clear.

Just stumbled onto this forum and felt that I should let you all know of my experience with this garage.I bought a Porsche 964 carrera 2 in 2005 It was £17000 and was kind of a dream moment for me but all was not healthy as I soon found out the underside of the engine which is known for oil leaks had been completly covered in some kind of instant gasket to prevent any visible leaks and it was quoted at £8000 pound for a bottom end rebuild by an independant specialist. The garage (sales-assist) offered to buy back the car for £12000 as it was now near winter. But what was meant that it would be £12000 part ex against me taking a more expensive car from them. These people are in for short term gains not repeat custom and from my experience I have advised everyone I know to steer clear as this garage can't be trusted (Andy & Steve please read this cos you are not to be trusted)and I would rather walk than take a car from this garage.

How I wish i'd read this before I bought my car.

1 year on from the last post and I can confirm from experience that they aren't getting any better. Avoid Sales Assistance Ltd, now trading as Auto100.co.uk unless you want 9 months worth of headaches and a car you can't use. (just my personal experience, i'm sure they've got lots of other very satisfied customers).

I bought a Mercedes S class from Auto100 in March this year. Luckily I bought via a finance company so I have a bit more comeback. Don't want to say too much as the case looks to be going to court early next year. This is despite 3 engineer's reports on the car.

Draw your own conclusions.
