I own a 2021 Mustang Mach1; and it's coming up for 1st service. I'm in North Derbyshire and was wondering which are the best dealers in my vicinity?

On a related note, It has the 10 speed auto and I have noticed a pronounced clunk when slowing down; on overrun and on taking up drive. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hi there, I have a 2017 GT auto and have the same clunk in overrun for the last five years. Its more pronounced at low speed on a down ramp such as a car park and even more so if you have it in the wet setting on modes. Ford servce tells me its nothing to be concerned about and its not given any issues at nearly 50,000km and five years. I thought it might have been wear on the diff or something but its exactly the same now as it was when new.

Thank you gentlemen. I did intend to take it to the main dealer for service but wanted to find one that is nearer than the 90 miles to where I bought it. The local (Chesterfield and Sheffield) were rude and unco-operative when I went to buy my Mach1; quoting 9 month delivery dates and wanting an order before allowing me a test drive....seriously!! I went to Allen Ford in Northampton and bought one on 3 months delivery, along with a £1000 discount, as kept my Jeep Grand Cherokee! It arrived bang on time.

Thanks you for your information roaster for your information. I have had the issue since I bought it; but it did disappear for a month or so. I'l post the outcome; as the dealer has promised to investigate but I was certain I am not the first to encounter this.

Hi. Gates of Harlow quoted me 8 months delivery and only £99 to secure my order which was fully refundable and it arrived after only 4 months no probems with a manual, guess not much interest in the orders for the 2022 model .regards j
