2015 GT350 but not a GT350?

Here in spain I saw a GT350 in one of the many car sales lots but when I went to have a look at it something wasn't quite right...

It had a full body kit, badges, gt350 plaque on the dash but it only had the standard seats (with gt350 stiched into them) but critically it didn't appear to have the high reving engine. The tacho only went to 6.5k.

I'm no mustang expert so what was it? A euro spec gt350 different to the US or a standard 5.0 gt with a dabbling of aftermarket?

You can buy aftermarket panels to make a regular GT look like a GT350, it was probably that.
