Get advice first. The man to speak to is Mike Lacey at ModurStang near Bicester. He has supercharged more Mustangs than anyone else to my knowledge.
There’s always a bit more to it than bolting on extra bits. Remapping, better brakes and so forth.

The Ford Approved kit is dual branded Roush and Ford Performance. The hardware is the same but they do use different tools to flash the calibration on to the car. The Ford kit details are on the Ford Accessories website.

It does not have to be fitted by a Ford Dealer to retain warranty (they don't advertise this) but I would definitely go to someone who has fitted them before. We've fitted a few at our place GT101 and lots of Whipple ones too.

Is the ford / roush kit the 2300 or the 2650 unit? The other option is VMP. Their 2300 kits ended up becoming the roush blowers I think. Their 2650 looks good but removes some of the struts at the rear of the engine bay (as will the ford or roush).
Whipple seems the best as they have a ex ford guy doing the ECU programming. Supposed to be really good! Stage 2 is supposed to be good for 900bhp!....
There is also the Harrop 2650 blower as well. I reckon they have the biggest intercooler as well.

The 2015-17 Roush kit uses the 2300 and the 18MY+ uses the 2650.
You need to trim a very small part of the K brace away for 15-17 RHD applications (Whipple or Roush) not required on the 18MY+ for Whipple at least. The amount you have to remove is not enough that it'll make a measurable difference in my opinion.
Te Whipple hardware is good up to 820hp but you'd ideally need a built engine to cope with more than 750hp I believe as the hypereutectic piston is really only considered safe to that sort of figure long term.
