Impressed! Few questions please

So we had an EcoBoost for 24hour test drive today swapping for a GT tomorrow.

To be fair the wife now needs one of these, and I was impressed too. She would like a red convertible though, me I prefer a fastback...

No doubt the GT tomorrow will be great, so what pack is essential on pre-facelift cars? We've probably left it a little late but a few seem to be knocking around.

Nav, climate seats, shaker, rear sensors? Where does the rear Camera option come from I could not see it as a separate option? Also no mention of front sensors? on a car this long is rather odd?

The Shadow pack should tick all of the relevant boxes you mention if you have that as an option? There may still be some good deals on those but you have to like the colours.

Not sure if you can get front parking sensors at all. The rear camera is one of the better ones I've used.

The cooled seats are excellent IMO but probably rather Marmite. I wouldn't personally have bothered with the Shaker sound system but then it's not my main car and the first thing I did was instead fit a new (Milltek) exhaust which makes the car sound so much better :-)

So test drive the 5.0 manual today with a borla exhaust ? Is this stand or extra , the 2.3 also had one .

Anyway time to ring around for a red 5.0 GT shadow line.

Borla exhausts aren't standard. Front parking sensors are a dealer fit option, only rears are factory. All UK cars have cameras.

Collect Friday ! Might put a Borla S type on rather than the ATAK which was a tad raspy.
I have never been so excited for the delivery of the wifes new car.....
