Fuel System Specialist near Wales - 2005 blown GT

I have a 2005 Mustang V8 with a Vortech supercharger which has had very little use.
It has a Vortech tune, from a Diablo Predator which also allows custom twiddling though I would never dare do anything so rash.
It recently developed a "Check fuel cap" fault which a new cap failed to cure.
I just had it fully serviced so, from that point of view, it should be A1 and the fuel pressure regulator was replaced.
However, t has developed a repetitive "fuel delivery error" and it struggles to redline, You can feel it holding back.
At one point, it misfired like a b**** when I started it up, after a long run on a hot day but that cleared eventually and since it had new HTO plugs, i doubt that is the issue.
It has thrown various codes including "Lean on both banks" and "fuel pressure regulator error" and even a P1000 OBD error.
Downloading the tune again (suggested by someone), failed to solve anything.
It has had a couple of 99 octane tank refills and two bottles of Redex,in case the fuel had gone off.
So I am looking for a specialist in fuelling to sort it out, by which I mean someone who knows what they are doing as opposed to guessing, like I would..
It is possible that it may be a fuel pump issue (wails a bit on startup) but I don't want to entrust it to a bluffer or muck round with it, myself as I don't have money to throw at it while someone scratches their head.

No, Vortech use an in-tank piggy-back electric pump to supplement the fuel via a Y connector, looking at the installation instructions. ,It makes logical sense, if one is failing, that the car still goes with fuel from the other but logic is not always logical.
It may be that simple a fix but I would rather someone who knows about pressurised fuel systems, to test it as I have no great desire to become an impromptu fireball.
