I'm looking for a 1968 Mustang GT 390 Fastback - anyone here got some expertise on such things?

It depends on what info you are after. I have owned a 67 390 GTA fastback for 13 years and restored it around 5 years ago. Utterly fantastic machine!

Did you sell it through bill shepherd?
It's quite possible I bought your old car and now it's for sale again at a dealer in Guildford

You misunderstand, I still own the car. Don't think I will ever sell it!

I'm after a 1968 Fastback S code 390 manual (which appear to be somewhat rarer than hen's teeth). I don't mind having sensible mods like disc brakes, but I don't want something that's been spammed up and I want a degree of originality ie, not the shell of a Mustang that is in fact, something completely different.
