Anyone used this site?

I have tried to buy a load of stuff from this site, its driving me Nuts :-(
Have tried 3 different PCs
IE and Goggle
2 different cards
When i go to the checkout it just comes up with an error?
any ideas please?
spoke to Ford Performance Parts on chat, and they said the site is working

I've used it numerous times from PC (Firefox) and Mac (Safari) with no issues.
They're not the speediest or the best communicators but stuff always turns up.

the problem is the payment page, just crashes

THanks to David (above) who has gone beyond the call of duty for me, its sorted. Think the issue might be with new account holders, as Dave has an account it worked fine for him
