S550 - US to UK lighting difference annoying?

I hadn't even noticed that there were differences in the front and rear headlights between UK and US mustangs (apart from clear taillights).

However the more I think about it and see US 'stangs the more the lack of tri-bar DRLs and sequential taillights has been bugging me.

I'm sure it's not a deal breaker and after market options will become available, but I can't be the only one who is a little disappointed?

I doubt a lamp module retrofit and recoding of the computer wouldn't be all that difficult to achieve what you want.

It's not as simple as you'd think, nor is it cheap - the US lights are no good, so the UK lights have to be modified; that in itself looks painful:

This, along with the DRLs, etc make for an annoyance, certainly. I'm not sure what I'll do but I'm keeping an eye on that thread.

I also like the way the clear rear lights suit Magnetic, but I'm changing the bulbs in the front DRL's & foglights to LED's as per Gibbo's lead (see the "Oh My, What A Car" thread ...
