Hi All,

Pleased to finally be able to say that I will be picking up my 2015 GT at the end of January biggrin

It's been a long wait - I put the deposit down exactly a year ago - and, as others have found, the communication from Ford dealer has been consistently rubbish! banghead

So, the wait is nearly over - and I've already been in touch with the team at Bill Shepherd to talk about the wanted mods (cat back exhaust, air intake, lowering and wheel spacers, rear deck lid GT delete to start with).

Will post some piccies once I have the car and start on the upgrades cool

Nice one. Picked up mine on Monday. Bloody loving it.

Gotta a trip to hospital today for a check up but I know the car park there is tight and full of mouth breathers so sadly I will be using my old BMW. Have to head up to London after so probably best biggrin

How much are Bill Shepherd charging to supply and fit a cat back?

Thanks guyssmile

Still no absolute confirmed date - delivery from Southampton is "by end of week" according to the dealer in Reading

On the upside, was offered £170 for fully comprehensive insurance (5000 mile limit) this morning! Good to have a garage and live in a quiet area I think.... angel

should also have said, that depending on the cat back, the price from Bill Shepherd for the supplied and installed exhaust could be a couple of K. Seems expensive when looking at the parts on CJPonyparts - however the prices there don't take into account shipping, import duty and general faff. Anyhow, I will at least talk with the Bill Shepherd team

Privilege is my company as well. They want £289 FC, business use, parked outside, Surrey, 4000 miles, in my 50s, clean licence, no claims etc

To take the 19 years (9 taken as max) NCD off my old BMW will cost me £28 plus £21 admin fee.

Just interested how your quote is so much better for so many more miles. Ta

Not a clue mate like I said earlier I was first quoted a lot more on compare the market and only tried money super market because someone mentioned it.

If it helps I am 41, 15 years NCD, Car on Drive, Secure car park at work, OH added etc...

Its a bit of witchcraft this insurance lark anyways but good luck!
