He's well known on MOCGB.
for what? Arse upwards adverts like that?Hes a trader, if that is his way of treating his prospective customers he does not deserve to be in business. If i treated my customers with that kind of contempt I would not have a business!

Is it just me who likes this no bullst approach then? Yes, I would.
totally agree, having sold a few cars privately now and knowing what its like to deal with dreamers and chancers i would say he is just being realistic and cutting out the hoards of people who are a waste of time. the last car i sold i had dozens of people interested, constant phone calls and emails but from the many that contacted I was being let down by people not showing up to agreed appointments. or having agreed a price on the phone and that i was not willing to go lower they still showed up and offered lower than i had stated and walked away. if you are interested in a car and are genuinely ready to buy no 'i need to talk to my wife first', 'i can only afford this much', 'i need to sell my car first', and all the rest. I wouldn't have a problem with his attitude it seems as if he is being as honest as possible and not trying to hide anything, he is probably a decent enough person if you show him your serious about buying.
