Thought I would just post a bit on our rebuild as I know some like looking at ongoing jobs, and this has turned out to be ongoing.
I should have known better after years in the business but you do still get carried away, even at my age.
The old boy owned it for about 35 years we can make out, but took it off the road, this ran into over 20 years in bits, moved, retired and panicked.
Anyway I have attached the as found and what it should have looked like new. Work is limited to Saturdays, but I am almost at the finishing bodywork stage.
The buildup is on this link if it has worked I would copy over the write up but I am not that clever with PC’s, now give me a welder and paint gun………………..

I love reading others experiences so I hope a few enjoy it.
