Excellent conversion to your Mustang, i have the same Roush unit installed on my 2008 Shelby GT. Fantastic performance upgrade, one of the best things i have ever done. Car is quite docile under 3250rpm, but with instant throttle response, but above that, it doesn't stop pulling............
A couple of things may be worth thinking about, Roush did my conversion and changed the spark plugs installed in the car, i fitted MSD coil packs and the Roush heavy duty belt tensioner. All belt and braces stuff but hopefully ensure long term engine survival.

Cheers! smile

Sparks were changed as part of the install smile

She is a complete animal now, and I can't stop listening to that Whine...

Just sent some data logs back to VMP so hoping to get a refined tune back this week....struggled to get MPG into double figures over the weekend, but it was damn good fun! haha

Gave her a clean on Friday as she'd been dirty since collection... smile

Also did some pics with a mates Harley Davidson... awesome machine too!

Thanks,

Very nice... I'm sure Mike did a top job!

How did you choose the blower you chose btw?

I have a 2011 5.0 GT and I'm currently looking into FI... The choice is bewildering!

Availability and budget smile

ROUSH UK were selling off some old stock, at a price too good to turn down.

The Roush TVS is an AWESOME piece fo kit, but it makes hardly any noise....and I wanted noise! smile

It has since I picked her up, but I did say the first two tanks would be "fun" tanks...very heavy left foot has meant lucky to see double figures...

At one point I did reset here and do a reasonable "normal driving" journey of around 35 miles and got 21mpg, guess thats american though.

What i like best is it is easy to drive off boost, so normal day-to-day driving is simple and quiet... but when you stamp down she whines her head off (and the GT500KR exhausts come alive too lol)

Hi All,

You can not beat the whine of the S/C as you put your foot down :-)

And the looks I normally get when people realize the noise is coming from a MG lol

^^^ Awesome!

What's unusual about the front end of your car? I can't put my finger on it.

What apart from not being a Mustang :-)
I've put the Chinese version of the Chrome front surround, with a badge from the new MG6. Onto a Rover Premium Bumper. The lower skirt is from a Seat Culpa.
