1987 5.0 cab parts needed

hi all 1st nice forum for yank cars
could please someone advise me on the following
i have a workmate whom has the above car but.........
i,m an englishlad living in sweden and his english aint too good he needs the following parts
electric window motor right hand side rear and a sunvisor for the left any good links anyone can throw me in the u.k? or even usa?
being small parts i dont suppose he will get hit by much tax if order from the states?
