Depends which one you get.
The one pictured above and the one these two guys are talking about is a GT500 on a 5.4 engine. Its completely different from the 4.6 3v 5 speed clutch.
If you are talking about the later then there are 3 levels Spec 1 is a light feel but only for stock engines.
Spec 2 which are for modified engines and the pedal is slightly harder and a Spec 3 which is quite a bit heavier. They are also recommended to be fitted with there own fly wheel.
I use Exedy clutch's now as they are better and come with a new slave cylinder, which is usually a big part of the problem and needs to be changed most times anyway.
If you need any help, then feel free to call me.

I've had two Stage 3 clutches and found them as light as stock and certainly lighter than one of Ford's own aftermarket upgrades, the King Cobra. I have used them on both a 5.0L pushrod Fox and a tuned 5-litre '96 Cobra. The pedal action on the Stage 3 (a six-puck cerametallic friction plate) does not need to be heavy because (as Spec say) the friction material is far better, hence needs less spring power from the pressure plate, and therefore less for you to push. The only thing you will find is the Stage 3 is a less gradual than an organic or organic/Kevlar mix plate, I really liked its direct action. They do warn you to run in it properly though, for at least 500 miles of general use, ie no abuse or sudden pedal action. After that I found it a really good clutch to live with every day. And it is good for 500-600hp applications. If I were doing it again though I would choose the Stage 2 clutch for everyday use on a modified car - would be slightly easier in traffic, if you incur that.
