I'm having to reluctantly sell my 2007 GT/CS In the UK but don't know the best places to advertise. Any advice would be welcome. Obviously I have advertised on Pistonheads (censored), but how else do I get the word out?

Price is about right. Possibly a little high for a private sale.

Advert needs more photos. Also get it advertised on ebay and car and classic. The Euro rate is against export sales at the moment but if it's priced right it'll sell.

My mate sold his Corvette in Classic American, had quite a lot of phone calls. That was last Summer. If I was looking to buy another that's where I'd look.

I've always sold (and bought) through Classic American too.
Only put the Stang on PH once and got one low offer so I kept it.

Have a look on www.mocgb.net and www.s197.co.uk - someone looking for an S197 circa £18k. Free to post ads.

Put mine up for sale middle of last year. PH Classifieds was useless, only got scammers (loads of them) and one low ball insulting offer "will you take £10k cash for it" bs. Autotrader was not much better. Got loads of interest at various car meets, but nothing firm.

The most annoying thing was that whilst mine was not selling, more expensive Mustangs were selling albeit with various third party tat attached to them! No one wanted a high spec GT for below market!
