vauxhall nova uneven tyre ware

HELP! since changing the suspension on my sons 1.2 nova to coilover springs bought on ebay his tyres have been wearing badly on the inside front. I got the wheel alignment done for him at the garage but the problem still exists. After fitting the suspension the front seems to be a lot lower than the back, and my son seems to think that they are fully adjusted so cannot seem to even the car up. Has anyone got any ideas as he is going to buy new wheels and tyres tomorrow and i dont want him to have the same tyre wear as before.

I'm guessing he paid about 150 quid for a set of coil overs from EBay?

You get what you pay for - they will be cheap crap.

Also are you saying you can't raise the platforms to bring the front up?

Do you have a link to the actual setup he's got?
