foxguard fob not working

hi all ive got a mk3 cavalier with the foxguard vl1 alarm on the car opened it yesterday locked it went back to get my phone opened the car then it wouldnt lock again i have the 2 button fob tried the push the left then the right but that aint working can somebody plz help
