Insignia has a wheel to hub PCD : 5x120
This is indeed common to many BMW's. The offset i would imagine to be quite different though due to the BMW having rear wheel drive and frequently different size rims front to back.

Not sure but the Insignia runs on a Audi chassis so anything is possible
It runs on the GM Epsilon II, Front or all wheel drive saloon hatchback chassis developed by Opel in Russelheim. It's a GM platform that is shared by Buick, Chevrolet, Caddilac and Saab. Wobbly bolts for the win.
