Hi, could anyone help me out here. I have recently purchased a 1993 Senator 2.6 and was wondering what the S-M-C stand for on the ride control. Unfortunately i do not have an owners manual with the vehicle but was thinking that it could be Sports- Medium- Comfort, or could it be Soft-Medium-Coarse. Once i undrstand which is supposed to be the softest then i can work out whether or not it is working. hope somebody can help.

The 's' is definately for sport and the'c' is definately for comfort, can't remember what the 'm ' is for. Hope this helps.

In the past I've owned a 3-litre 12V and a 3-litre 24V. From memory the settings are Sport, Medium and Comfort.

On both cars the dampers gave up and I just replaced them with decent uprated non-adjustable aftermarket units.
