No revs after starting?? Any help please.....

Hi, I have a Vivaro, 19 diesel, think its the same as in the rest of the vx range, when starting up it starts bang on the button, but then doesnt rev, you have to wait for about 10 seconds but this time seems to be extending every time it starts. This happens when it has been left for 5 hours, anything before that seems okay.
Could it be fuel rail, pump, some sensor somewhere, any help would be great, thanks in advance.

I believe this is a common problem that needs a software update done with dealer tech2 to cure.
