VXR8 shocks or suspension?

Can anyone help out with this one .... my driveway is fairly steep and when reaching the top of the drive i turn to the right meaning there is a shift in the weight distribution heavily on to the right hand side of the vehicle, at which point there is hefty sounding creek from the front drivers side wheel. Running on flat roads, over road humps, or even pumping the front end you get no noises or creeks, it only seems to happen when there is a shift in the weight on to the front wheel. Any ideas???
